2011 Racing Plans & Schedule
My focus this coming season is on returning to MN and completing the Beargrease. As they say, 3rd time's a charm!
There will be 16 adult dogs in training for the race team starting in August 2010. It's actually quite exciting because 14 of those race dogs are Sibersong Babies - dogs that I've bred and raised from birth. The majority of the team is between 2 and 5 years of age, with Magik being the "old lady" of the group at 7. My planned races for the season are as follows: January 2011 1/15 - Irving Woodlands/Mad Bomber 100, Eagle Lake ME 1/30 - John Beargrease Sled Dog Marathon, Duluth MN February 2011 2/12 - 120 Mile L'Odyssee Appalachienne, St-Pamphile Quebec March 2011 3/5 - Can-Am Crown 250, Fort Kent ME | |
